For efficient operations in accordance with General Policy Statement, OSD thus establishes the Quality Objectives to become assessment criteria as follows:
Key Objectives Key Performance Indicatiors
1. TAS development for national and international recognition. Refer to international standards or use data based on reliable scientific sources.
2. To develop TAS with transparency, allow stakeholders to participate and comment, and accept public opinions. 1. Welcome comments of stakeholders at least once.
2. At least 1 channel for public consultations.
3. To ensure the achievement of TAS implementation. CS development is transparent and welcome comments of stakeholders at least once.
4. OSD personnel related to TAS and CS are knowledgeable in regard to quality standards and systems. Continuous development of relevant OSD personnel in regard to quality standards and systems with at least 1 course/person a year.
